Es gibt hier zwei Profile....du siehst und bearbeitest wahrscheinlich das "neue" Profil (Button links in dem Login-Kasten "Mein Profil") - schau mal rechts oben unter "Nützliche Links" => "Profil bearbeiten"......das ist das Profil welches die anderen von dir sehen.
