In case of an incorrect spelling of the first or last name, as well as if a passenger obtains a new passport with a different name transliteration, changes can be made to a ticket on a passenger’s request. Please note that we can only change some letters, not the whole name, first or last, and a service fee of 50 USD is charged. If changes are made to an infant's ticket (0 - up to 2 years old), a fee of 5 USD applies.
Danke
