We are truly sorry but due to the system failure which was not attributable to us, wrong rate and availability was displayed on Venere website and we apologize but we are not able to accept your reservation.
Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.

Heute folgendes vom Sheraton bekommen:
Dear eltren,
Thank you so much for your e-mail.
I am truly sorry that you did not receive any answer before but the e-mail that you sent on 18th of April did not reach any of Sheraton’s associates because it was sent to customer.service@venere.com.
As you colleague Magda wrote due to system failure which was not attributable to us, wrong rate and availability was displayed on Venere website.
As this is UEFA EURO2012 period we do not have rooms available on the 21st of June and on 20th of June rate that we are currently selling is on the level of 1400 PLN.
Once again accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience.
Maybe it would be possible to come to the compromise and I could offer you special rate for these days although I am fully booked:
50% discount of the rate for June 20th so 700 PLN & 50% discount on the rate that we used to sell for June 21st so 1125 PLN. In total this would be 1825 PLN but with breakfast & internet included.

Immerhin eine Antwort bekommen, nicht wie bei venere.
Habe denen jetzt zurück geschrieben, dass ich meine gebuchten rates haben möchte (466,56 PLN). Ansonsten wird geklagt.![]()
