Für meine beiden Polen-Buchungen habe ich noch keine Stornierungen bekommen und die habe ich schon vor über 2 Monaten gebucht.
Gerade kam eine Mail von meinem Hotel aus Donetsk. Die hat das ganz nett geschrieben. Bin am Überlegen, ob ich das wirklich canceln soll.

I didnt receive your reply for my note from 3d of August although I was anxiously waititng from you, I am highly upset and just beleive me cant properly live last month just being in worries about mentioned subject , I can also understand your frustration.
I just beg you to understand that it all ( you reservations) happened just because of mistake and coincidence and Central in Makeevka or Donetsk any other hotels around are not able to give a room just because we and all of them are under contract for UEFA representatives since 2009 year as they came and put under contarct every hotel, pension, etc etc here.
We just dont have something and that is why i was writing this desperate email .
Please Mr Fohlen , I do understand you and that is why just ask you to understand that we dont really have something or any other hotel.
Our hotel contract with Booking is much shorter than dates you wanted and I just didnt think that there will be opened dates for June 2012 which are after dates of possible closing of terms of our contract with them , and i just didnt think that it would be possible and i closed only some dates( as usual) till the end of this 2011 year and even didnt know about that I had to do that about June 2012.
And it was my and only own human mistake and i m just horribly and crazy worried and that is why i was writing to you to let you know that we or any other hotel around dont really have rooms at all just because of much earlier obligations.
Please understand the situation , i think i described it very clear.
I am writing this 1 year before event for you to know the situation.

I have big hope for your human acception for what I shared and I am highly ashamed of what happened.
We kindly ask you to cancel your reservation and to find some place to stay as we warn you that there is no some space here.
