Nen konstruktiven Vorschlag gibts naürlich auch gleich dazu:

1. Die erstellte "Rangliste" wird irgendwo öffentlich gepostet und gepflegt
2. Zugeteilt Tickets werden auch irgendwo inna Liste gepostet
