just got this email from FIFA:
Dear Mr. *****,

For the number 10*****46 we cannot find any data. Probably the
ordering process could not be finished successfully, because somebody else

thanks, i will try to call that number for sure.... but i still have hope... you see those people who were charged by FIFA and didnt get the tickets, they all had the error messages after they submit their order.... while i had the confirmation webpage with all the details (screenshot posted above), so there is still some hope for me...

i have one problem, if you can help me, please reply in English, if it is not too much trouble.
on May 6, i bought tickets for the first time from FIFA WC site. Firstly i bought tickets to match 56 and have been assigned:
Customer number: 10*****67Order confirmation number: 10*****26
Collection-ID: 81***06
some time later i was succesfull again and bought 3 tickets again for match 58. this time i got confirmation page on your server with the same Customer and COllection ID numbers but the Order number was 10*****46. But i never got an email confirmation for this tickets, and on my Customer Self Service page it only shows one order (10****26).
My credit card was charded for both sets of tickets.
