This is strange. I sold 2 tickets ~3 weeks ago in the resale and it took less than 2 weeks until I received the money back... Hopefully they will answer one of your emails and take care about the transfer...

very good news, after my today`s rough email they replied:)) and write:
"Dear supporter,

Transfer order has been sent for execution."

so i expect to received money very soon.

today i have received 864 zł.
I think it`s Concordia money.
First selling - Ralf - have his money
Second sell - portal shows that secondly was sold game 15.

So Concordia please mail me your account details.
Tommorow i will go to exchange office and buy euro and then immediately send it to your account.

To those who still are waiting - you could be sure that i will mail them even few times a week.
It`s not comfortable situation for me too.

ich hoffe ich könnt mir helfen, ich bin auf der Suche nach dem Thread, in dem die Liste mit den Spielen und deren Nummer gepostet wurde (wurde zu beginn des Ticketverkaufs gepostet, ich glaub es war der Thread, in dem man angeben konnte, für welches Spiel man Karten gezogen hat)
bzw. gibt es sonst wo eine Übersicht der Spiele mit der Spielnummer?

medyk: Thanks for keeping us up to date. I also sold 2 tickets by resale; it took me "only" ~6 weeks to get the money back. Therefore no problem if I have to wait some more days/weeks.

They are unbelievable, they made two returns already: Ralf and Florian got their money.
On 16.04 they replied on my email.

I also got this email because I sold tickets in resale and it was not possible to return the money to the credit card directly. It took about 6 weeks to get the money back on my bank account. I repeated sending this email ~2-3 times a week because I already knew that sometimes it takes a long time until the UEFA conducts the payment transaction and I thought it is a good idea to "remember" the UEFA often
