World Cup Ticket Swap - Winner Group A vs Runner up B

Hi apologies for writing in English but my German is very poor.

I would like to swap two tickets for winners group A (Germany?) vs runner up group B (Sweden?) in Munich for 2 tickets for Runner up group A vs Winner Group B in Stuttgart. My tickets are category 3. I actually have 4 tickets but need to wait till I know 100% who is playing who before I sell the other two tickets. I only want tickets for Stuttgart as this will potentially be the England venue (If England Qualify!) however Sweden could still win the group therefore I might still need two for Munich.
