Habe dem französischen Verband mal eine Emial geschickt und folgende Info erhalten:

Dear Mr maddo-oli,

Your tickets will be sent by securized courrier to the address you have registered while booking online.
The shipping started from June 2012 and should finish in two weeks.

As soon, as it taken in charge by our carrier UPS, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the tracking number to be used to follow your parcel online at Shipping, Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from UPS

As for any other elements purchased through Eventeam, you will receive an email with the related information.

woran erkennt man denn in der Mail, für welche Bestellung das ist?

So meine Dertour Tickets sind auch gekommen . Waren einfach im briefkasten

Mäppchen aber kein Tickethalter

Bei mir sind es bei Dertour zwar SOUVENIR Tickets aber es fehlt eine Tarvelcard und es sind keine Guides dabei und keine Tickethalter.

Sofort Beschwerde hingeschickt , geht ja so nicht

Hab auch erst 4 von 30 bekommen aus London.

Von Dertour, den Franzosen oder Holländern noch gar nix.

Von den Franzosen ,Engländern und Schweizern ist alles da mittlerweile ... Fehlt noch teilweise Dertour ,Belgien und Ghana...

kam bei mir auch, aber damals hat es länger gedauert. wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, wird es heute versendet und soll morgen schon um 12 uhr da sein. letzte mal waren es 5 tage.

Aus London ist meine letzte Lieferung unterwegs.

Fehlen mir noch zwei Lieferungen aus DER TOUR. Aber das sind die meisten Karten.
