Please help (in English)

    hi, just found this forum. Looks like there is a lot of usefull info, but unfortunatelly i dont know any German.

    i have one problem, if you can help me, please reply in English, if it is not too much trouble.

    on May 6, i bought tickets for the first time from FIFA WC site. Firstly i bought tickets to match 56 and have been assigned:
    Customer number: 10*****67

    Order confirmation number: 10*****26

    Collection-ID: 81***06

    some time later i was succesfull again and bought 3 tickets again for match 58. this time i got confirmation page on your server with the same Customer and COllection ID numbers but the Order number was 10*****46. But i never got an email confirmation for this tickets, and on my Customer Self Service page it only shows one order (10****26).

    My credit card was charded for both sets of tickets.

    as it seems your second order is lost in nirvana. we're just talking about the same problem in another thread ... probably fifa had some problems with their servers during last weekend.

    to sum up ... most likely your order is ivalid, anyhow, call +49 69 20060 to clear this problem (english speaking service is available there).

    thanks, i will try to call that number for sure.... but i still have hope... you see those people who were charged by FIFA and didnt get the tickets, they all had the error messages after they submit their order.... while i had the confirmation webpage with all the details (screenshot posted above), so there is still some hope for me...

    just got this email from FIFA:

    Dear Mr. *****,

    thank you for your query.

    For the number 10*****46 we cannot find any data. Probably the
    ordering process could not be finished successfully, because somebody else
    selected and reserved the tickets shortly before you.

    We are sorry we cannot give you any other answer, but the order was not
    successful.

    damn ... as I supposed :/ however, try to call the number I told you ... anyhow FIFA has your money, maybe you get your tickets if you complain vehemently (tell them they have to fulfill their contractual commitment!).

    don't know exactly if they work on saturday ... try tomorrow before midday otherwise you've to wait til monday.

    try this number too: +49 18059987723 ... press "2" for english speaking support (iirc).

    Exactly the same thing happened to me. It was 3 times Germany-Poland cat.3. What a damn ....

    I just got the e-Mail answer that they wouldn't find an order on my name. I could .....
