    habe die Diskussion nicht gänzlich verfolgt...

    Ist hier noch jemand der das Eröffnungsspiel in Warschau sieht und dann richtig Lemberg zum deutschen Spiel gegen Portugal mit dem Zug fährt?
    Bin auf jedem Fall im Zug 53202 ab Warschau um 00:55h, Umstieg Krakau, dann bis Premysl und dann weiter nach Lemberg. An in Przemysl um 12:09h, dann irgendwie weiter Richtung Grenze und weiter nach Lamberg.

    Ist jemand ähnlich unterwegs...?

    So einen Zug suche ich auch noch. Finde aber nichts. Auslandsbuchungen sind online nicht möglich. Womöglich nehme ich den Bus ab 09:40 Uhr. Der kostet 28 Euro (10 Studen Fahrt). Oder ich nehme den Flieger am 20.06. mit LOT für 115 Euro.
    Für weitere Tipps wäre ich dankbar.

    The prices haven't yet been released; this info and timetables should be available from May 24th/25th. It has been estimated that the fare from Kyiv-Lviv will be around 450-500 UAH (€45-50) for first class and about 200 UAH (€20) for second class.

    Hab`ich auch gelesen im "free Lions". Glaub` ich aber erst, wenn die Züge auf den Schienen stehen und laufen. Solche Angebote 1 Woche vor Turnierbeginn sind schon etwas merkwürdig.
    Ich frage mich, wie auf Gleismaterial, das bislang Züge mit Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeiten um die 60 km/h trug, nun mehr als das Doppelte verkraften kann. Und ob die Buchungssoftware dann ordentlich funzt, ist auch noch fraglich.
    Die jetzigen Buchungsplatform liegt ja auch schon wieder lahm, weil die Zahlungsfunktion nicht funzt.
    Ich würde eher auf das Altbewährte zurückgreifen, auch wenn es 10 Stunden dauert, dafür aber auch tatsächlich rollt.
    Also Bummelzug oder Bus.

    Six additional trains for fans will operate in Ukraine during three most popular Euro-2012 matches. Besides other things, additional services are envisaged there: meals, bus transfer, entertainment and escort services. This has been announced by the director of the Hamaliya travel agency acting as UEFA official accommodation partner, Ihor Holubakha, in a comment to the Information Centre Ukraine-2012. According to him, train operation is being jointly organized by host cities and Ukrzaliznytsya (Ukrainian Railroad Administration). “We have prepared special packages for fans, comprising not only accommodation, but also excursions and tourist services which might be of interest for fans and would make them stay in our country longer. For this purpose, we organize operation of additional trains between host cities jointly with Ukrzaliznytsya. We have chosen the game between national teams of Germany and Holland as one of the central matches and organized two additional trains to deliver fans from Lviv to this match. Four more trains will be organized for Kyiv to matches of the Ukrainian national team against the national teams of England and France in Donetsk,” Mr Holubakha said.


    According to him, taking the Lviv-Kharkiv-Lviv route as an example, such trip will cost some 150-180 euros. However, the price consists of the train ticket, transfer to the stadium and back to the train and a city sightseeing tour with an English-speaking guide. In addition, the train will have 13 carriages with compartments plus a restaurant car, and stewards’ information support for fans has been envisaged. To ensure fans’ transportation to the stadium, 350 insured buses and 200 minibuses have been envisaged. Optionally, a city sightseeing tour and visits to public catering outlets may be included.


    A tentative train schedule is as follows: Lviv-Kharkiv-Lviv on 12 June (leaves at 19:00, arrives at 14:00, back 03:00 – 21:00) to the Holland-Germany match. Kyiv-Donetsk-Kyiv on 14 June (23:00 – 09:00, back 23:00 – 08:00) to the Ukraine-France match, and Kyiv-Donetsk-Kyiv (06:00 – 15:00, 03:00 – 13:00) to the Ukraine-England match.

    Wer fährt denn wie am 16. oder 17. von Kiev nach Lemberg und hat vielleicht auch noch nen Platz übrig?

    Bin auch noch auf der Suche nach dem Timetable des sog. "Ukrainer Express".

    Bis auf den 1:32-Uhr-Zug (8 Std) brauchen alle Züge LVIV-KYIV ca. 10 Stunden (sollten ja mal 4,5 Std werden).

    Für LVIV-KHARKIV wurde eine Reduzierung von 22 auf 11 Std angepriesen. Der schnellste Zug braucht aktuell immer noch gut 19 Std.

    Und bei KYIV-KHARKIV ist man aktuell auch noch mit 9 Std dabei (statt angeblichen 3,5 Std). :gruebel:
