    Ich habe keine Zeit die abzuholen.

    Sonntag, 5.8. Landung um 10.20 Uhr in Heathrow, kurz nach Paddington, Gepäck im Hotel abgeben, weiter zum Tennis TE023. Anschliessend vom Tennis in den Olympiapark raus zum AT005 (keinen Bock da ne Stunde am Counter anzustehen für die Abholung)...

    zumal eine stunde sicherlich nicht langen wird... fedex kann aber nichts dafür (leider), es liegt an LOCOG, die haben zwar fedex gesagt, dass sie unsere tickets abholen sollen, aber nichts mitgegeben...:huebscher:

    Betreff Abholung hoffe ich natürlich, dass sich bis dahin die Prozesse etwas eingespielt haben.

    Die haben schon reagiert. Neue "Weiche", Anlass in den nächsten 24 Stunden, dann drück die 1.... Ansonsten die 2.... Ok. bin jetzt mal ehrlich...

    Nach 12 Minuten durchgekommen... Mein English ist ja wirklich grottenschlecht... Aber der wollte mich nicht verstehen... Jedenfalls machen sich die sehr einfach.. Ok, sie haben keine Tickets erhalten, gut wir stellen Duplikate aus und Sie können diese dann beim Box Office abholen... Der meinte, ich kann die AT005 auch in Wimbledon abholen, na ja, wers glaubt.. Ist gar nicht drauf eingegangen, dass ich ja ne Fedex Shippinginfo gekriegt hab... Saftladen...

    Brauch mal kurz Eure Hilfe, ich blick da nicht ganz durch.

    Ausgangslage:
    Lande am 5.8. am morgen in Heathrow
    Geh dann Tennis TE023 kucken in Wimbledon (Ticket sind vorliegend)
    Anschliessend noch am selben Tag AT005 im Olympiastadion, da muss ich die Tickets noch abholen
    6.8. BK030, da muss ich die Tickets noch abholen

    Meine Frage. Kann ich am 5.8. auch in Wimbledon meine Tickets fürs Olympiastadion und die Basketball Arena abholen oder ist da am Tag der Veranstaltung nur die Abholung der Tickets für diese Veranstaltung möglich... (geh davon aus, dass ich in Wimbledon weniger lange anstehen muss)

    Only the ticketing account holder can collect tickets from the box office. You will need to bring along both the Visa card you used to pay for the tickets and original photo ID. Photocopies or screenshots of photo ID will not be accepted. If you do not have the original Visa card please bring along a copy of the email you received confirming your tickets.

    To reduce your queuing time on the day of the event, we strongly recommend that, if possible, you collect your tickets before the date of the session you are attending. Please note, you can collect your tickets from any box office.

    The Stratford Gate box office is likely to be extremely busy on 27 July so we strongly advise you to collect your tickets before this date. If this is not possible, please be prepared to queue.

    Kleine Frage. Wer hat noch "offene" Lieferungen.

    Ich habe ja angerufen, Antwort am Telefon, ok wir machen halt Duplikate.... können Sie an der Ticketbox abholen. Das wars dann auch, hab keine Emailbestätigung über den Vorgang oder sonst was erhalten.

    Beim wem war das noch so? Hab keinen Bock dann noch stundenlang an der Ticketbox zu diskutieren, dass ich die Tix nicht erhalten habe ... Und die Versandkosten muss ich mich auch noch kümmern. grrrr

    ich erwarte kein tickets mehr, da ich gestern alle tickets, die zwar von fedex angekündigt, aber noch geliefert wurden, direkt in london abgeholt habe :winke:

    und jetzt kommts: während ich diesen beitrag schreibe, ruft mich meine frau an um mir zu sagen. dass fedex eben da war um die tickets zu liefern :huebscher:

    Bei mir ist es genauso abgelaufen. Tickets bereits in London abgeholt und eben von zuhause die Nachricht, dass FedEx gekommen ist.

    Als Sahnehäubchen obendrauf wurden 4 Travelcards für den 05. September (Paralympics) mit eingetütet. Wohl eine Werbemaßnahme um mich im September nochmal nach London zu locken :huebscher:
