nach langem hin und her, habe ich nun doch für die Zeit von Olympia Urlaub bekommen und werde nun doch nach London reisen.
Habe mich heute mal mit der offiziellen London Ticket Seite beschäftigt.
Nun habe ich bei meinem ersten Bestellversuch gesehen, dass man auch die Tickets vorort abholen kann. Meine Schwester ist beruflich die nächsten Tage in London. Meint Ihr, dass man die Tickets jetzt schon vorort abholen kann? Dann brauch man nicht am Tag der Verantaltung in der Schlange zu stehen und es ist alles entspannter. Personalausweis und Bestellbestätigung dürfte doch ausreichen? Die entscheidene Frage ist, wann man die Tickets an den Ausgabestellen abholen kann bzw. wann diese Boxen öffnen?
Habt Ihr schon damit Erfahrung gemacht?

Ja, so werde ich es machen... Ich habe nun die paasende Info gefunden... Abholung ist seit 02.07.12 in London möglich.... Es ist sogar ratsam die Karten vorher abzuholen.... Ich denke es, wir mit einer Perso Kopie kein Problem sein !!

If you are a resident of the UK or a designated European country and the ticket collection option is available, you can choose to collect your tickets (and Games Travelcards, if applicable) from a London 2012 ticket box office prior to the event.Only the ticketing account holder can collect the tickets from the box office. They will need to show the original Visa card used for purchase and one piece of photo ID. If the original Visa card is not available, the email confirmation will need to be presented.
To reduce your queuing time on the day of the event, we strongly recommend that, if possible, you collect your tickets before the date of the session you are attending.
Tickets can be collected from the Stratford Gate box office which will be open from Monday 2 July 2012. Opening hours are 9am-8pm Monday to Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
If you are unable to collect your tickets before the date of the session you are attending, you can collect them from the venue box office on the day. However, we recommend that you give yourself plenty of time to allow for queues.
More details about other box office opening times and locations will be released in due time.

Geht noch. Die Franzosen haben mit EUR 55, die Holländer mit EUR 58 zur Kasse gebeten!
Also wenn ich nochmal von vorne anfangen könnte, würde ich alles nur noch bei LOCOG direkt besorgen. Gab die besten Sachen, zu den günstigsten Preisen und man kann die Sachen wieder in den Resale stellen.
Wenn jetzt wirklich noch die Sache mit dem Refund einigermaßen klappt, gibt's von mir "two thumbs up".
