-Code Share: One airline (e.g. C9) operates a flight on it's own risk, and another airline (e.g. LX) can "charter" a number of seats on this flight. This is the case between ZRH and SZG.
For M&M, the operating carrier with the original flight-number is relevant, and as no executive-bonus can be earned on C9-flights, you don't receive them even with an LX-flightnumber.
Summary: LX on C9-metal between ZRH and SZG: C9-rules apply

-Wetlease: One airline (e.g. LX) "rents" a plane (and at least a cockpit-crew) from another airline (e.g. C9). Like when I rent a car. LX is selling the seats on these flights, and not C9. This is the case between ZRH and PRG. For M&M, it is irrelevant that the plane and the pilots belong to another carrier, as these flights are handled as "real" LX-flights on the system.
Summary: LX on C9-metal between ZRH and PRG: LX-rules apply.

As this is not complicate enough, we are looking to the Star-Alliance-flights ZRH-MAD. There are LX- and JK-flights on this line, and both carrier sell seats on all flights. Remember: This is codeshare. But: LX has wet-leased one MD80 from JK, which flies on behalf of LX between ZRH and MAD 3 times per day. This is wetlease. So the LX-rules apply on a flight operated by JK booked with a JK-flight number, if it's one of the 3 daily flights which JK operates on behalf of LX.
