    In order to make sure that real fans derive the benefit of these tickets it
    has been decided that the only means of entry will be by a wristband which
    will be attached to your wrist at the box office on the day of performance.
    Tickets will not be sent out, they will need to be collected from the
    Roundhouse Box Office on the day of the performance.

    sellers for the Electric Proms shows. These wristbands or ticket
    confirmations cannot be resold under any circumstances. Resale or attempted
    resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other

    HOW TO COLLECT YOUR WRISTBANDS:

    In order to collect your wristbands, you should turn up in person at the
    Roundhouse Box Office from 12.00 p.m. on the morning of Tuesday 20 October.
    Please bring the credit card that you used to pay for the tickets with you
    (we require this in order to prove that you are the original purchaser).
    If you have purchased 2 tickets, you must also bring your guest at this time.

    For those that purchased tickets with cash or cheque, a form of ID that
    includes a photograph will be required, i.e. driving licence or passport.

    At this point we will attach your wristbands. Your wristband will allow you
    access to the venue when you return that evening, after which time there will
    be no re-admittance (you must not remove it or tamper with it, during the
    course of the day). The doors to the concert open at 6.30 p.m and the concert
    begins at 8.00 p.m sharp.

    PLEASE NOTE: Many people, perhaps the majority, may be unable to arrive at
    the box office until after 5 or 6 p.m. In order to avoid lengthy queues
    (possibly in bad weather) we STRONGLY recommend that you try to collect your
    wristbands as early in the day as possible.
