Ich habe gerade mal mit einer Dame bei VISA gesprochen, die sagt mir, es sei in diesem Fall kein Problem das zu reklamieren, zumal der Storno der Bestellung ja erst ein paar Tage her ist.

Warte auch noch, hatte mit Paypal bezahlt.

Hab auch 2co.com dazu angeschrieben, aber die können nix machen haben sie gesagt. Man soll sich an AO-Tours wenden.

Geil ist ja auch, dass sie auf ihrer Homepage was von "bad news wg. illegal sales" schreiben,
aber selber 100% Gebühren genommen haben obwohl max. 20% über London-Preis genommen werden darf

Mich kotzen die Jungs nur noch an. Hoffe wir haben bald unsere Kohle zurück; die in der Mail genannten 7-10 Tage die es dauern soll bis man den Refund hat sind nun auch vorbei (Tag 12 bei mir)...
