Das ist doch eine Standard Klausel.

Mir macht es eher Sorgen, dass man dort nicht mit Uber etc hinkommt sondern auf den Shuttle (Kann man laufen?). Hoffe da wartet man nicht immer ewig, vorallem um 2 Uhr nach dem 22 Uhr Spiel.

hab heute gelesen dass sowohl poesia als auch der neue schiff nach der wm zurück zum werft gehen, zum umgestalten, qatar zahlt großteil der kosten. denken die wirklich die fans nehmen die schifffe auseinander

ich dachte ich hätte auf der MSC Seite schon Angebote für Kreuzfahrten mit der MSC World direkt nach der WM im Golf gesehen…

ich auch, stand aber heute in der ubahn zeitung.
vllt gehts nur um einen davon und die haben es falsch weitergegeben. ubahn zeitung halt

Wenn ich die Infos (von der MSC World Europa) hier richtig verstehe, dann dürfen Uber-Fahrer direkt zum Schiffsanleger fahren.

Further information on Cruise Ship Hotel accommodation is provided below.

Board-basis (Full Board or Bed & Breakfast): When booking you will have selected Full Board (“FB”) or Bed & Breakfast (“BB”) which is indicated in the room name. Details of board basis and food and drink inclusions will be communicated separately by email.

Service: Operated by MSC Cruises, all standard on-board services will be offered during your stay with the exception of gambling, which is not permitted in Qatar.

Booking Changes: Any changes required for your stay are subject to availability and must be completed via the ‘Manage your booking’ section on the Qatar Accommodation Agency website at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Changes after this time, on arrival, or once you have checked in are not possible.

Booking Cancellations: Please visit the Terms & Conditions of Sale to view the cancellation and resale terms.

Occupancy: Please ensure that the number of people checking in to the Cruise Ship Hotel does not exceed the number of people that you have booked for. There must be at least 1 adult aged 18 years or older per cabin.

Accommodation Voucher and eTicket: In order to board the Cruise Ship Hotels, we will issue a Voucher and an eTicket with the details of your stay, cabin allocation and your guest names. You will be notified by e-mail once the voucher for your booking is available to download. The eTicket will be sent to you directly by MSC no less than 48 hours prior to check-in. The eTicket will contain important information such as your room number and luggage tags. These documents must be printed and brought with you for boarding. It is advisable to also have these documents available electronically.

The guest names provided during the booking process will be shown on the Voucher, so it is extremely important that this information is accurate and matches the names on passports or ID cards. Please check the information that you provided in the 'Manage your booking' section of the website. The provision of guest data is mandatory for all visitors entering the State of Qatar and must be completed accurately for all guests (including children and infants).

Check-in/ Check-out Times: Boarding and disembarkation times are from 3pm for arrival, and by 11am for departure. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request early check-ins or late check-outs. However we do recommend you book an additional night (subject to availability) should you have this requirement, a minimum 7 days prior to arrival.

Check-in Process: The travel documents and Hayya Card details of all guests will be checked together with the Voucher and eTicket - also a photograph of each guest will be taken.

Luggage Restrictions: Due to in-cabin storage limitations, it is advisable to limit your luggage to one piece per guest. Soft material luggage makes better use of space than hard shell cases. The following items are not allowed on board: Own alcohol and food & beverages, drones, firearms, sharp objects such as blades and scissors, flammable and explosive material, items with heating elements or open flames, such as clothing irons, kettles, candles, incense. Please make sure to observe the complete luggage restrictions and limitations detailed in your sales terms and the eTicket.

Hand Luggage: Things to keep in your hand luggage: travel documents, money, jewellery, electronic devices, medicines, nappies, and any other valuables or items you may need at short notice.

Luggage Tags and Dispatch: Your luggage tags will be provided within your eTicket. Please print your luggage tags before travelling to Qatar but wait until you arrive at the Port to attach them to your bags. The luggage drop-off point is located next to the Port Terminal. Use the luggage tags provided on your eTicket and proceed to the drop off point on arrival at the port. Your bags will go through a security check and will be delivered to your room directly by the Cruise Ship Hotel operator.

Transport/ Port Access: Access to the Port Grand Terminal Building (GTB) is restricted to Cruise Ship Hotel guests only. There will be shuttle services between the GTB to/ from Hamad International Airport (HIA) and to/ from the Souq Waqif South transport hub, from where the guests will be able to connect with other shuttle services, metro, taxi’s and Uber. Access to enter Doha Port and the Grand Terminal loading and unloading area is permitted to Uber, taxis and Careems. Private transportation provided by other local operators need to have a special entry permit to access the Port and reach the Grand Terminal. There is no parking at the Grand Terminal, only loading and unloading slots. Drivers are not allowed to leave vehicles unattended. Purchases Onboard: The Cruise Ship Hotels are cashless. Purchases onboard can only be made using the cruise card that each guest will receive during check-in. To activate the purchase functionality of the cruise card it is necessary to register a credit card or make a cash deposit. When registering a credit card the system will put a hold of EUR 250.00 on the card. The credit card can be registered at the time of the check-in or onboard at self-serving machines. Cash deposits can only be made onboard at the self-serving machines or at the Guest Service Desk.

Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the cabin is not allowed. Smoking will only be allowed in designated smoking areas.

Also ich bin echt spät dran und war von den Hotelpreisen einfach erschlagen.
Hatte aber bisher keine Zeit gefunden zu planen.
Habe mir jetzt vorgenommen vom 25.11 -28.11 in Katar zu sein, dann nach Dubai zu fliegen und am 30.11 - 2.12 würde ich nochmal kommen.
Hotelpreise in ansprechenden Hotels beginnt alles ab 1000€ .

Habe mich jetzt für das Concorde oder Westin Hotel entschieden für je ca. 1100€ die Nacht für den ersten Aufenthalt.
Habt ihr für mich anderweitige Empfehlungen? Wie sieht das mit den Kreuzfahrtschiffen aus?
Also diese Camps - Apartments - kommen eher nicht in Frage.
Hayya Card habe ich natürlich deswegen auch noch nicht beantragt.

Aber natürlich ohne Gewähr, dass das auch durchgeht. Bisher noch nicht storniert worden. Dachte aber dass das damals bei der Buchung auch noch einen anderen Namen hatte.

Hatten doch mehrere hier gebucht? Wie kann ich das stornieren? Email habe ich geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten.
